Everyday::That which is Good. And Holy.

coffee.jpg

I am not a real coffee nut, I only have one cup a day and have no idea what a good cup of coffee is really suppose to taste like. I drink instant coffee every morning and I like it, and can’t imagine starting my day without it.
And yes, even pregnant I have a cup a day. The only time I didn’t was when Callum was breastfeeding because Callum was a traitor and refused to sleep even if I had a cup of decaf. That was a long 8 months.
======
I’m standing in line in Micheals today (for 20 minutes!) and the lady in front of me turns around, because Callum burped and strikes up a converstaion.
Lady in Store: What a beautiful little boy.
Me, to Callum: She means you!
Lady: He really is exceptionally gorgeous. Look at those eyes!’
Me, to Callum: Gorgeous! Are you gorgeous?!
Lady: Is he yours?
gee. thanks.

    I can’t stop laughing…

I’m pretending to believe that she questioned his parentage because I’m visibly very pregnant and Callum is still young. heh.

this was for a different reason, but people were always asking if Linda was Abi’s nanny – she got pretty annoyed at that.

Me too! On the coffee. Every day. Instant. Love it. Pregnant or not. I tried going without for a bit while breastfeeding, but couldn’t (didn’t want to) so back to one cup it was.

Wow, that was really rude! (And pfft! As if he doesn’t look exactly like you!)

He looks like his Mammai did when she was a Baby!!
I should have been there with you!! She didn’t want you to get a swelled head and think that you are gorgeous too, even though you are! ( And she ,probably, is not!) Phfft! Indeed!

Bwahaha, that’s so messed up and rude. But you know what? I bet it’s because you have red hair. Idiots did it to my blonde mom when I was a baby, and they’ll do it to me when I DON’T have a redhead. Forgive the average eejit for not understanding recessive genes. :-)

That is the funiest effin thing I have heard in a long time. Thanks for making me smile even if it was at your expense
