Oh this picture looks SO familiar!
Here is what’s in Gwen’s stocking:
Baby Tylenol
Plastic spoons
Mesh feeder thingy
The wooden “Mad Scientist” blocks
A board book (Sandra Boynton)
Some socks with grippies on the bottom
With the exception of the blocks, which is her gift from Dad (and stuffed in the stocking because it fits, dammit, and I don’t want to wrap anything I don’t have to) everything is stuff that she needs anyway. Ultra-practical. I figure she’s going to get the Toy Quota more than filled by her grandparents, no need for us to buy more.

The photos are done, the cards even addressed… whether or not they get to the mailbox, we’ll see!
The whole Santa thing was a bit of a production, but I had my Mom with me, so I didn’t do it alone (it would have been impossible, there was a moment when BOTH kids were screaming). This Santa was amazing, though. He immediately disappeared, we went to the photographer, she calmed the kids down, then we sat in the seat. Then Santa peaked, so the kids didn’t know he was there. Claire is all annoyed that BOTH Grandma and Mom were completely ignoring her demands to be PICKED UP RIGHT THIS MINUTE! She doesn’t take kindly to being ignored, and lets you know it .

Haha that photo is great! Little Miss Claire is NOT pleased!
I wanted to take Christmas photos and send cards out, but it’s not gonna happen! No time. How the hell did you have time for that?!! *sigh*
