Steve: “Why is it that we have all the toys of my youth even though you’ve always made me believe I had the worse childhood?”
Amber: “What?! When did I ever say you had the worse childhood?! I’m pretty sure I’ve never said that!”
“We need more of your hippie influence here.”
“I have no idea what we’re talking about anymore.”
“We own a boat, a RV and a big truck. It was you that introduced me to backpacking! I can get the same experience paddling a canoe as I do driving the boat and it would have only cost me $500!”
“I guess you just have a stronger personality than I do.”
“You bake your own bread and crackers! You’ve planted wheat and whatever else out back to make your own flour. YOU GAVE BIRTH ON THE LIVING ROOM FLOOR. The hippie is coming through, let’s have more of it. Simplify!”
“um. ok?”
yeah, the picture has nothing to do with this conversation. um, I have no pictures that don’t feature my children which is clearly something I need to work on because there is more to this life than the kids. It is, however, one of several pictures taken by Callum that I just downloaded, several of which made me laugh!
