It's a Jean Pare recipe from her book "Gifts from the Kitchen" (I should have said that in the post). It's really good with the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, very chocolatey. And rolled in cocoa, REALLY chocolatey. The butterscotch chips were a bit odd in a truffle... white chocolate chips were good, though.
