The socks is a good idea... gonna try that one!

I am really easy going about a lot of things. You can paint over everything. You can get flour over everything. You can empty the cupboard and stack my tupperware of beans and knock them down. Don't care, none of that bugs me.

But dump over my freshly laundry? LOSE MY MIND. When people post videos of their kids emptying the laundry basket I'm like "NO! STOP! STOP!".

The kids, of course, find this hilarious.

Gwen loves to help with the laundry too. In our case that means I pass her an item and she puts it in the washer (or the dryer, or the basket - wherever it needs to go). At the folding stage I give her several socks and see if she can find a pair (so far, NOPE). Then I fold all her clothes while she goofs around with the socks, and then she picks up the laundry basket and dumps all the folded laundry on the floor. Hooray!

I used to do most of it at night...for obvious reasons. I could fold and watch TV, and didn't have to refold everything..after you and your sister threw it all back in the basket. It is more exciting when you are two!! Love the winking ;}

They do! Everything is a train. It is the preferred mode of travel in these parts!

They were really hamming it up. All told it wasn't a bad afternoon considering it was a preschool day and preschool days are starting to be my most dreaded days. He loves it, but I think deep down the kid is a true introvert and he completely crashes when he gets home. Or he's just normal and will get used to it.

I like getting all the laundry sorted, washed, dried, folded and put away as fast as possible too. Much easier that way.

Do your kids get in the empty laundry basket and scoot it around like a train. We did as kids and your title totally brought it back in a rush!
